At Velluna, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Requests
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To start a return, please contact us at support@velluna.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
In some cases, we may ask for photos or videos of the item to help us review your request.
Important: Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. Our team will evaluate the issue and provide a solution — either a replacement or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale.
- Gift cards.
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (lingerie, bikinis, swimsuits).
Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
